  • There’s no set number - we don’t cap the images we deliver. Once we’re on site, we photograph everything the property needs to stand out.

  • It’s not required, but you're welcome to be there. We’re used to working solo - just ensure we have access to the property, and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • All images, videos, and other deliverables are sent via a private download link. You’ll receive high-resolution files for print and web-optimized versions for online listings and social media.

    • Photos, Floor Plan, 3D Tours: Delivered by the next working day after the shoot.

    • Videos: Delivered within 3 business days.

  • We can usually work around most weather conditions, especially for interiors and standard daytime photos. However, drone flights can’t be carried out in rain or high wind. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll reschedule the shoot at no extra cost.

  • Yes, absolutely. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll include a selection of vertical shots - at no extra charge.
